This is a large and very spacious 2BR/2BTH apartment located close to the convention center. It features a pool view from the living room. The apartment is well-equipped with a full kitchen and offers a dining, living area with a 50-inch flat-screen smart TV and a bedroom with 40-inch flat-screen smart TV. There are king-size beds in each bedroom and a Queen bunk bed that can accommodate 4 more guests and 2 foldable beds available to accommodate additional guests.

The place can comfortably accommodate 10 adults. Please let us know in advance if there will be more than 4 guests staying at the apartment so we can provide additional linen. Note that the maximum occupancy limit is 10 guests.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
